So, if you were entrusted with a job as important as hers, and were advised your network wasn't secure, this and were told to stop using insecure email services and patch a few holes in your server, would you respond with..."Ok, i'll make sure it's done by July 1...in three months time.

Why wait until July 1, why not immediately, given the imperiousness nature of the identified threats?

Again, she's full of it.... Australia are just so fed up with her lies and incompetence.

Watch and mark my words.... from the time the findings were revealed in the audit, to the announcement of her being hacked....(wasn't even 24 hours)...and the fact that she went public with the fact that she had no intentions of doing anything about it until July 1....was more or less saying, "Hey hackers, we are currently using insecure email services", (she even mentioned the email accounts...du...)..this and advised they would remain insecure for another 12 weeks.

She's staged it... the sequence of events in the lead up to this latest incident were just too close together, it's like she's received information that somethings been leaked, or is about to be leaked from her cabinet, and now has to try and make excuses go into damage control mode for why this may have happened.

I'll bet it's Keneally, she is dirty with Labor, blames them for her fall from grace.



Had she been hacked prior to the audit, they would have advised this was the case in the reports findings, not merely made some recommendations to prevent being hacked.

Anyone else wondering why a faceless inside man Mark Arbib wasn't raked over the coals for divulging Labor Party secrets to a foreign intelligence agency, despite him not having so much as denied it:-- He must have something really special there to have gotten away with that.

Why was Arbib acting outside of the extensive and secure intelligence sharing framework which again, were not secure enough for what he was sending.. (diplomatic cables were on SIPRnet).



According to Gillard, Arbib did the same thing as Assange, to her way of thinking illegally divulged classified cabinet information to foreign intelligence agencies, and never once denied having done so, but who cared?

Fact: The audit detailing serious security breaches was completed one week before Gillard and her ministers were hacked, so, 7 days on the back burner has comprised our nations security. They were targeting mining and mineral resource data it's believed, interestingly, Australian government officials were alerted to the breach by US intelligence, who also seem to have pointed the finger at China as the source of the attack.

It's understood up to 7000 emails from 10 ministers including Gillard have been swiped, it's thought the hackers may have been looking for clues on government attitudes to major resource projects.

I still think it's an inside job, brave, yeah I know...-(most think either China or Assange, or antonymous)-...I dare say they will find their way to Assange or piratebay, I think it's a little internal cabinet power-tugging,

The United States diplomatic cables leaks revealed that Mark Arbib was in regular contact with and acted as a 'protected' source and confidential contact for the US government, providing inside information and commentary on the workings of the government and the Labor Party to officers at the US embassy in Canberra...could he have confidentially tipped them off about these ones too, even if he wasn't the culprit himself, rather just conveyed a message to the US.

Tell me, how does the US know we have been hacked before we do?

Look, at this stage, not even our government are sure, the US were who alerted our government to their being hacked, so who tipped them off?

Furthermore, why would they tip-off America, for them to tell Australia?
