When asked today what he thought of Kristina KnHardly, he said, "O'Farrell (Libs candidate) seems like a nice bloke"...or something along these lines.
GOLD!
And what a statement this is.

“Barry seems to me to be a nice enough guy, but he's a policy-free zone.” -Bob Hawke
In other words, Labor are getting anxious, this and impatient, they knew Barry was going to pull a wild card or two in order to entice voters at the last minute..(smart), just they had hoped to be armed, this and have a little more notice.
Barry is a clever politician, this and has not divulged his hand only for Labor to steal his policies the way they did Howards and Tony Abbotts right at the last minute last time round.
Kristina needs to learn how to play cards!

Lol... ummm, only about one third (33%) of Australia's population...du!
Furthermore, I have an interest in all state elections, you should try thinking outside your intellectual humpy , this and get with it.
There's more to politics than your neck of the woods.
Are you a Norfolk islander or something?

And just so you know, it's a NSW state election, not only a Sydney election, OK!
Ps, what are those pretty blue flowers in your avatar?
Opium poppies?
Figures...

I like Melbourne too, hence I took a huge interest in the Vic state election, as you may have noticed on Ozpolitic.
I'm not overly phased by this one because I know it's in the bag.
Libs are in, whereas it was a tighter election down south.

I wonder how much money Labor have wasted losing an un-winnable NSW state election, so as to save a modicum of self respect following what will be a landslide Liberal victory come this weekend.
... At least with the Vic state election, their squandering was justified, a Lib win wasn't in the bag entirely, but this.....well, no excuses, they are throwing good money after bad.

I am in Canberra. This is why I dislike Politics so much. I was born in Melbourne and cared less about politics. "Canberra" gets the blame all the time and it really is just a 350,000 country town here, with over priced houses and no jobs but with Woollies or the Public Service.
The first time I voted was in 1975 for Malcolm Fraser when Whitlam got trashed. Have voted Liberal ever since. Even living in Canberra hasn't swayed me. The pollies don't live here.

Okeeey, then what brings you to a "political" forum, I mean, I don't mean to be intrusive, but are you aware this is in fact a political forum?
