I think it would be quite hard to model the Carbon dioxide/ temperature impact at this stage. I don't like the way it was announced, I don't think its a miraculous cure as I said the impact will lie somewhere between the miraculous cure and your proposed apocalyptic model.

The fact is we have very little info about the actual make up of the tax itself, so its hard for anyone to predict its actual outcome.
