Legal hunting season. Protester gets her fat fucking flaps in the line of fire deliberately. If she hadn't been there raging on about a legal activity then she wouldn't be wearing buckshot in the face

I'd say that's fucking stupid, but it seems that the left believe in survival of the weakest AND stupid.
I guess you can thank your lucky stars you have someone to look after you.

The left would be dead within a week if there was a major world crisis. It's about time we had one to cull the stupid

The list of legal activities which have been made illegal by protest action, cultural backlash if you like, is endless. Wild fowl hunting will join the ranks sooner or later. I have no doubt that the only reason you're alive is because it's no longer acceptable to cull retards.

Discharge a firearm by a non combatant without ensuring the projectile can't cause harm, injury or death is an offence regardless of the state of a hunting season.

You mean minorities imposing their will on the majority? Yeah that happens a lot under leftwing govts and usually to the detriment of society.

Cultural backlash is what we have with the imposition of a carbon tax.

Wading out into a pond where you know people are discharging firearms at moving targets is akin to walking up the middle of a freeway to protest our fossil fuel dependance.

There may be reason behind the protest... but it doesn't make the driver who hits you culpable.

So I ran a little experiment. I put on blue King-Gee overalls, made a ninja style balaclava from a dark blue T-shirt, walked right up to the edge of a dam in full view, and they could not tell where I was shooting from ... got one in the neck with a 6.5x55, then had to strip naked to retrieve it.
Kinky.

But seriously... I really doubt that that is how camophlage works. Being colour blind to a certain colour doesn't make that colour invisible to them. It means that it is indistinguishable to some other colours. So, even if you wear blue... and we accept that, to most birds, blue is indistinguishable to green (let's say green, because it's a common colour in nature), they would still notice the movement when the blue/green shape moved in front of different coloured stuff...

Still... camo hunting gear is lame.
I tended to presume the same .. seems only logical ... but I wanted to test the (unseen) colour claim out, even if only by ametuarish methods ... light grey seems to work in bush with plenty of deadwood, so I often use tree stump grey ... or if in long grass, Pomy desert cam. Ultimately it doesn't much matter what's used as a disguise if you remain still, movement gets noticed.

What she did is like jumping in front of a train or a truck on the freeway, just with slightly better odds. Would you go wading around in duck filled swamp on the opening day of duck season?

They have obviously read the Paul Watson/sea Shepherds manual on how to be a Leftwing fuckhole

Because you have hunting rights - does that mean protestors haven't got any rights? Hunters are supposed to exercise caution. I suppose you can blame those who go walking in our State Forests as taking a huge risk because the hunters can shoot there whenever they please.

Persistence won out. It will be a while before we see the Japanese whalers out and about again. We're not some primitive country where you can just shoot people because they stand in the way of a good slaughter. Hunters are supposed to cease fire around people.

If these protestors are prepared to risk their lives - maybe the message will eventually get through to the rednecks.

Vote for the Greens and stop the slaughter of native animals.

Not at all. They are totally within their rights to wade into the swamp on the first day of duck shooting season with a duck strapped to their head. It will certainly make it hard for the hunters to retrieve the duck with a protestor strapped to it. I would have a problem with them jumping onto a freeway as it may injure other people, but trains are also fair game.

I hope a few hunters get shot in the face this year.
You are suffering from "cute & fwuffy syndrome", Mantra. This entails becoming teary-eyed and emotional about the deaths of animals which are killed for food, purely because those animals are cute and fwuffy.

I would much rather be a duck and die by firearm than be a fish and die at the hands of an angler.

However I would bet my house that you (and all of the other duck-weepers) have never once wrung your hands about the way humans treat fish.

This is because fish are not cute and fwuffy.
