In any case my point still stands. Wolves are not extinct, they have been subjugated and live on in present day domesticated dogs.

It is? Where is it said? There was nothing, how can nothing collapse?
What is there to say there wasn't?
What did infact create the big bang as we know it?
There had to be something there for it to occur, can't deny that.

TomB wrote:I'd have to some research on the British wolf concept but the Irish snake thing is easy, there were probably none left after the last ice age. Nothing to do with H.s. at all.
So the story of St Patrick inciting the population to drive all snakes from Ireland is mere myth?

Who can say that what we have today isn't a 2nd or 3rd attempt by a creator at getting it right, because we the spores in the dish keep destroying everything around us.

Yeah, but so does mine. Its well known wolves were deliberately hunted to extinction in Britain ... they were considered evil.

Are you saying there were no snakes, that he faked it all?
NOOOOOOOOOO!
But I will go along with the wolf story, during what period, do you know?

In any case, there are plentiful examples of attempted genocides in our own history of infighting.
Do you think that we would react any better in conflicts with an intelligence that isn't Homo sapien?

Considered using that one myself, but it has been postulated that the tropical African animal homo sapien may have carried a disease to Europe which the temperate climate Neanderthal had no resistance to. There's the competition for food/resources theory as well. But personally I think it very likely we did wipe them out, even if not intentionally.
