We intentionlly wiped out many species if they threaten us. Typically large preditors like wolves and large cats that take our live stock or threaten our live. We have hunted things to extinction.

So true, we do things without thinking ahead of the impact.
I think this is one reason why Canada is having trouble with the huge number on fur seals,
they once had a large trade in European countries, 27 of them stopped buying,
now the seal population has gone beyond 600,000 I think it was, they can't handle the increase in numbers and want to cull them and leave them as rubbish.

what I would like to know is, "What was there before the big bang?"
Not really relevant to the thread but that's not really correct. Before the big bang there was nothing, no space, no time and definitely no pea. AFAIK there isn't really a satisfactory explanation for pre big bang.

Incorrect, we did not intentionally hunt it to extinction and there were in fact efforts to save it from that fate, alas too late.

OK, I'll have to take your word for it.

What about Irish snakes? ... or British wolves?

Indeed. Thus my questions regarding it on the preceding page.

What if there was no beginning and will be no end? ... Y'know as in the concept of infinite.
What if there never was a singular big bang? ... but instead constant smaller bangs at the centre of each galaxy.
Good thinking!.
If you look at the pictures of each galaxy, they give that appearence don't they?
and everything is swirling around them, which is what science tells us when a planet collapes and the gravity pull creates the swirl action.
It is believed we are less than half way through existance, having approx 20 bil left before the sun grows out in it's death roll, but also, that is only a thought they have, they don't know for sure, as I said before, they can only work with the tools they have today, tomorrow something new will be invented or a new equation put on the table and it changes absolutely what we think today.

.

It is relevant, it is said that everything collapsed and then the big bang, so what was there before?
there must have been a universe full of planets and galaxies to have collapsed, the same as what we see today.

I'd have to some research on the British wolf concept but the Irish snake thing is easy, there were probably none left after the last ice age. Nothing to do with H.s. at all.
