Have we been visited by Aliens I say yes

Sounds like meteors. I've seen heaps. Weirdest one was a greenish colour, and seemed very slow (relatively speaking, no doubt, the math would prove it to be travelling at a considerable rate).

The 1st one at Orange we thought a meteor but was slow, not 10,000kmph sort of stuff you would expect, but nothing found on the ground, no one reported an impact.

The second one, strange, got no idea.

I saw the meteorite that fell near Tamworth about 12 yrs ago, was in Dubbo, the brightest light ever I seen, straight down with smoke trail behind.

Yeah, they come in many different types and speeds. But, just consider how slow a jet airliner crosses the sky from horizon to horizon. I've never seen an unidentified light cross the sky anywhere near that slowly... and they are travelling at quite a rate themselves. All the metors I've seen have been moving at a decent clip, even if they do remain visible for quite a few seconds, before either burning out, or disappearing.

I've only seen one that left a smokey trail towards the end, but it burned up before reaching the ground.

This one I saw was in a fall pattern, extremely bright, light up the Mountain like daylight, doing couple hundred k no doubt and the crackle sound, not deafening but very clear.
Am always watching the sky, I spoke with an office in Melb on a 1902 number that take reports on possible sightings, they said "Always keep the camera handy"
I got good pictures of Comet McNaughts when it went over.

We were driving out west late at night,(West Wialong NSW) and saw a fluorescent green diamond light up the whole sky from horizon to horizon ...was beautiful, never seen anything like it.

Was a piece of space junk breaking up in our atmosphere apparently, but one could be forgiven for thinking it was some sort of UFO.. given it's near perfect diamond shape.

It even interfered with the trucks two-way radio and electrics, (only for a second) so we think when it broke up in our atmosphere,like other meteoroids, asteroids it could have caused interference with communications on earth due to their electromagnetic effects on the atmosphere.

Most things have a logical explanation, you just have to be rational about it and put the space-food sticks and water-pipe away.

Great things to see when they shoot across the sky, not been lucky enough to get pics yet, to see one explode is great as it does 50,000kmph.

I think it is really simple. Why travel hundreds of light years at huge risk and expense to turn up and not say hello. Just sneaking around giving individuals anal probes says more about their desire for a good rodgering in private with a misterious entity than it does about the presence of aliens.

There is not one piece of evidence that we have been visited. Just like there is no evidence for a god but more the half the world believe.

We just like fooling ourselves. It must make us feel better or satisfy something in us. Whatever it is it is bloody stupid and a trait that belongs back in the darkages.

I hope we fit our new robotic space crafts with anal probes so when we turn up we make this fantasy a reality for the aliens we discover. The human race rodgers the universe. We will be feared.

Sure, science can only work with the tools it has today, 50 yrs ago we were still going off drawings from Gallileo, now we can see 5-6-10,0000 lightyears with super telescopes, 48 mtr lens,
are you saying we have not been to the moon yet?
Get hold of a 16 inch telescope, you will see the evidence in the dust on the surface of the moon.
So far as a got, I have seen no evidence of such a being, but there must have been someone or something to start the ball rolling, I personally look at it like this,
the creator is a scientist placing spores on a dish for study, introducing a different strain now and the to see what will happen, naturally the stronger strain will wipe out the weeker, same as us as animal life.

I think we'd have to be pretty conceited and closed minded to assume we are the only life form. One of the greatest physics questions of all time.. is space infinite? Well I figure, if we are here, then we cant rule out there being something out there, but what this is, or if we will ever discover it, reach it ...or it us, is debatable, if it's reached us already and we aren't saying so (ie, areas 51 crap), then why aren't we building something to protect civilisation from the prospect of our being taken over, this or have used 'visitors' technology to discover more than what we have to date, which is pretty scant in the whole scheme of things.

And why have we sent little time capsules and maps out to space, detailing our precise position to potentially more advanced life form than ourselves...I mean, come off it, if our government really thought there was a risk (Obama claims to believe in UFO's) why send them a fucking map?

If it's out there, then we haven't found it , this or fear the prospect of something being there.

When I think of people who claim to have been probed, I think schizophrenia, drug induced psychosis, or those with far too much time on their hands.



And I will just add, if I did see something, I wouldn't share this with anyone, real or imagined, seeing UFO's isn't a good sign, even for a nut-case Obama.

I think there is a good case to be made, that we don't want to meet up with an intelligent extra terrestial species.

Convergent evolution would suggest that any species that occupies a similar niche to us, would be a species intelligent enough, and ruthless enough, to dominate an ecosystem for long enough to develop the technology to get off the planet in significant numbers, and send out probes to life baring planets.

Such a species would be far too similar to us to want to meet up with. Our history is rife with examples of us discovering new territory, and just taking it, with no reguard for "original inhabitants".
