I am not forced to seek employment due to permanent medicals but would much prefer doing some work to keep me occupied and active.

It's well known that modern Labor are the taxing government and this govt is no different. The more tax we pay, the less disposable income we have, the poorer we are.
And the liberal party is about promoting small business since big business can look after itself.

Actually, when the share market crashed, it was all the left wing parties that sort to protect the 'too big to fail' big business with stimulus packages and guarentees hurriedly packaged without a mind for what they were doing... they freaked out.
