What kind of fuckery is this?

Abbott wants donations to fight flood levy

So he wants people to take money they could donate freely to flood victims through non profit NGO's and use it to fund his fight against a levy which will also help flood victims. What a cruel, callous, typically Liberal piece of political chicanery.
