Canned 15 jars od peaches lightly stewed with cinnamon stick, whole cloves and cardamom pods. think it was 5-6Kg whole peaches went into that, have some more that I will freeze.

Next cab off the rank, a plum melomel (mead) then plum wine.

This has been a great year for fruit!

Plum wine is a preliminary step to plum brandy. And is not sweet. Your experience with cheap fortified wine is no guide to plum wine Naffie :mrgreen:
