Is the ALP prepping Martial Law?
"ARMED special police constables have begun patrolling the corridors of NSW Parliament, breaking a Westminster convention that dates back to King Charles I which bans weapons from a parliamentary precinct. The special constables replace the unarmed guards as part of a security upgrade following an ASIO report two years ago after the 2005 Bali bombings and an assassination threat against the former premier, Bob Carr, the same year. A specially built armoury in Parliament will house the constables' weapons when they are not patrolling. The rule against carrying arms dates back to the English Civil War of the 1640s, in which a series of armed conflicts and political machinations took place between Parliamentarians and Royalists. King Charles I was eventually tried for treason and executed, while his son, Charles II, was exiled."

The NSW State government is the most hated government in Australia. They've probably had so many death threats, that they have no choice but to use special police to protect them. This govt. has sent many NSW citizens insane with their hopeless, useless, wasteful, futile and unworkable policies. As millions struggle to get to work daily and are forced to use inadequate and expensive freeways that resemble car parks while accumulating traffic offences, losing more points and paying exorbitant tolls & fares to move like snails by car or cattle truck, rage has built to such a pitch - that half the state would like to see a sniper get the lot of them.

"Shoppers and office workers in central Sydney are getting their first exposure to a new emergency warning system to be used in the event of a terrorist attack or other disaster. Sirens will sound on 100 speakers across the city at 12:15pm AEDT today in the first full public test of the Sydney CBD Emergency Warning System. 13 message signs at various locations throughout the city will also be used to display instructions."

"A RADIO show broadcast in Wollongong that aired corruption allegations about the ALP, including allegations about the state MP Noreen Hay, has been shut down with the help of local police."

"IT IS the plan you use in case the actor Bruce Willis isn't there to save you. Sydney's inner-western councils have spent about $80,000 on a draft report identifying the most catastrophic hazards that could occur in the area."..."Down the list are the science fiction-style scenarios of radioactive space debris and meteorites smashing into places such as Parramatta Road during peak hour. These outer-space hazards are considered more risky than terrorism, tsunami and riverbank collapses."

Do you think it incredible TomB, that Labor is mad? Do you think they will 'act' in the interest of their chosen 'enemies"; and do you think TomB, Labor is a party of salvation?
Given that they rule with an eye to Pagan Divine Rite, it it only reasonable to conclude that they have an alternative plan on the drawing boards, and one that is not consistent with the expectations of a majority of Australians. Not even the Labor lovers.
Sorry, but a new reality is on the way; and it is one of disaster. Labor espouses it almost everyday, if you hadnt noticed TomB.

Here are thirteen more reasons to distrust the ALP in Sydney:-
"Up to 13 people — eight men and five women — were involved in the streetfight, which erupted just after 11pm at the corner of Eddy Avenue and Elizabeth Street, a police spokesman said."

Unfortunately the NSW state government is corrupt - not all of them of course, but plenty of them. Why Noreen Hay hasn't been sacked is beyond anyone's imagination.
Most of the states will be allowed to carry taser guns next year - especially after another knife wielding person was shot in NSW last week and these guns will keep everyone under control. You will only have to badmouth the police in future and you'll get shot - so mostly people will be well behaved and respectful.
But there is still a shortage of police here. While they're guarding the politicians and supervising organised events - ordinary street crime is just being ignored - so until such time we do get more police, those few remaining police on the streets will just be forced to taser anyone and everyone who isn't obedient.

Re: Is the ALP prepping Martial Law?
It needs to be said that, yes, NSW Labor may be corrupt but the people of NSW were fully aware of that prior to the last election BUT STILL VOTED FOR THEM ANYWAY. The voters put NSW Labor back in, therefore, the voters have no one to blame but themselves if Labor has sent NSW to the dogs. Not much use in calling for Rees' blood when he's trying to fix the mess.
