He is. He wrote a "warning" to "all" on his crappy site about the dangers of hot weather and it effect on anti-psychotics like everyone must take them and he was doing the community a service. That particular anti-psychotic, in Australia anyway, is restricted to use for schizophrenics only because of our hot climate.
Can't remember its name but its use renders the user unable to tolerate sunlight.
A few years ago Maryborough (Qld) Woolworths gave a young schizo bloke a trolly collecting job and were warned not to allow him to go out in the sun. They sent him out in the sun to collect trolleys and he died.
