Tonight I had the best steak I've had in ages.
I cooked it till it was pink in the middle.
It was tender, juicy and full of flavor.    :)

Just a bit of Soy sauce - that's all it needed - it was that good. :)

I had it with some fried rice and veges so Soy was natural to use. :)
