Basically, kids pick up and read a an information pamphlet designed for speed freaks.
They're worried that some kiddies picked on up and had a look... I'm more concerned that the health minister decided to print them up, and then pulped all she could get her hands on.

Thats nothing;
This mob are dangerous (extremely), are virulent, used to be very active in schools and APS, and had a good and nefarious connection with the late lady claire of the wave pool.
At the moment sources say that they are a bit quiet?
