I had curry 2 nights in a row.
Yesterday -
curried lamb with: 3 different colored capsicums, onions and basmati rice.
Simmered for 1 hour.
Excellent.

Tonight.
curried chicken breast with: 3 different colored capsicums, onions and basmati rice.
Simmered for 1 hour.
Also excellent.

Chicken tapaka.
Tapaka is special frypan with press lead on top but I use plate and pot with water about 5-6kg to press small butterflied chook to cook and simple tomato, cucumber, herbs salad for side.

Coarse ground hamburger steak with medium salsa sauce and spuds.
