Well, I am having an Irish twist on a classic Italian Lasana

And as we Irish like to say... ''Ah, Mc Cain, you've done it again! 8-)
"But you will run your kunt mouth at me. And I will take it, to play poker."

I've had half leg of lamb with fresh rosemary, garlic and cabernet sauvignion in sous vide bath at 58c for two days now, soon it will be out and finished on grill then plated with home made sauerkraut and spades.

Note: 58c makes meat medium rare while 2 days cooking dissolves connecting tissues into liquid that becomes fantastic gravy.
I am not worthy!

This recipe comes from Siberian hunters, some are useful, especially about fish.

Poor Bear. Sits down to enjoy the previous meal and Tallo already has him on the next.

Neuromonk Feofan - Dancing with a Bear

I was walking through the forest,
I was colecting mushrooms and berries,
Suddenly, from the bushes,
A club-footed bear slowly comes out.

He looks into my eyes slyly,
He wants to say something.
Then I quickly realized,
What he needed.

From behind my back willingly
I take out a balalaika.
With my dexterous hand,
Let me play you a tune.

And then suddenly,
The bear and I started dancing.

The clubfooted Cossack danced dashingly,
It was a very ancient Russian dance
After a couple of days of giving free rein to his legs,
In his eyes you could read "thank you, Feofan".

That time without fear,
I was dancing with the bear.
