You do well cooking properly every night, Bobby. Well done to you!

Me? After so MANY years of nightly cooking and now living alone ... not so much lol.

Although I do plan to do some baking (to hand around) this weekend if that counts.

Well I no longer buy those Bachelor Handbags ( pre-cooked whole chickens and roasts in the heated displays).
Last night I had my Southern Style Whiting bites and chips in my Air Fryer. Herb sauce was a nice touch.

You've gotta cook BO.
It wasn't hard - only had to cook 2 sausages - the rest was salad out of a Coles pack.
( except for a nice dollop of Basil and Cashew Pesto.)

I made some cheese and chive scones a little while ago so that's enough for one day. I'll have a few for dinner. 8-)

I've had half leg of lamb with fresh rosemary, garlic and cabernet sauvignion in sous vide bath at 58c for two days now, soon it will be out and finished on grill then plated with home made sauerkraut and spades.

Note: 58c makes meat medium rare while 2 days cooking dissolves connecting tissues into liquid that becomes fantastic gravy.

Tonight.

Mashed spud with tuna and corn - very yummy.

Would that have been good enough for any of you?
