Russian troops entered the center of Chasov Yar — German analyst Julian Röpke.

To reduce cost Ukraine was suppose to partly manufacture the missiles but things turned out as usual.

Former Prosecutor General of Ukraine Vitaliy Lutsenko has effectively admitted the fact that the West violated the Missile Technology Control Regime by supplying Ukraine with components for missiles with a range of over 300 km: "Engineers from missile design bureaus have been mobilised to infantry. And now there is no one to create the missiles promised by Zelensky. We have several hundred engines and guidance systems made abroad, but we have not been able to make bodies for them."
