Well the Spencer's have been a long rival to the Windsors and they pushed hard to sell off fake blonde Diana as Concubine, like an Anna Nicole-Smith and thus gaining a bigger slice of the cake over other rivals. Off camera, Diana was a potty mouth brat. On camera, she put on that show of all shy and timid and the people went with it. She was no angel, just like her brother.
Because it was an arranged marriage... Charles loved Camilla, but no heirs to the throne could come of it. Diana milked the fortune for all she could for the Spencer's. When she was no longer getting her spoiled way, having produced an heir - that's when she began her plan B ways. She never fully loved Charles and having flippant sexual flings with other men, was proof of that while she cried the excuse of neglect. She knew exactly what she was and once William was locked in Eddy. She just did her own thing, but she did it in all the wrong ways. In time, with Harry looking a bit of a major difference and behaving as if he just didn't fit the Windsor mould and then flings with 'rich' other men. Diana was always the gold digger.
What makes me sad is how so many millions of monarchy fans around the world have been sucked in by her sweet, shy, innocent 'acting' for the cameras, etc. it was a great performance indeed, that many movies have built upon that 'starring' role.

The tricky thing is that as Great Britain becomes the Holy Grail of all things Politics, Religion, Military and all things 'right'... due to it giving power to its colonies (Commonwealth) and thus slowly adapting to the future. It 'replaces' the former more powerful and older establishments of Germany, France and eventually Italy/Greece. Hence why King George became redundant. Because he still bent the knee in servitude to the old schools like Germany (Come Nazis).

As for the 'lefty' United Kingdom side of those Isles off Europe. Well the will inevitably be proven to be the weakest of all the European Royalties, which are the Masters of Ceremony (not politics, military and religion) and all things Music and Entertainment. Italy and Greece (now in ownership of Anatolia again) will be the supreme lefties (royalty).
