Ok. I admit defeat. Your cooking is good Bobby.
As I know, mine is atrocious!
So much so, for a few hours on a Sat. I wash dishes at a prime restaurant (friend's) just to enjoy something proper on the side if there's any left for Staff, etc. Found out today when I visited my friend at their restaurant, a new Chef has joined. :D

Thanks JaSin,
tonight I'm cooking a chicken curry with capsicum, onions and half a tin of tomatoes - using Keen's curry powder.

Keens gives me nightmares. It was poured into my mouth as early as 3 years as far as I can remember back, by my mother if I said something wrong.
It was horrid. Don't know if the bar of Soap alternative was worse? Both Yuk. Just the look of the tin gives me the irks. :hot

There are many other curry powders -
Keen's is used by the POMs for their curried sausages in pubs.
Universal appeal.

Easy dinner tonight:

Slow cooked chunky beef pie with spuds, veges and medium salsa.
It was quite yummy.
