I've covered mine for later, bit early for me, it's very ordinary yet satisfying and nutritious.
Lean pork steak with mash pumkin + potatoes and cabbage and peas. Wasn't impressed with one of my acondaments however, Seaspray promised whole cranberries in their sauce, they lied. Lol 😄
The applesauce was satisfactory- Colesworths brand, can't remember. I freeze it in small containers from a large jar, so can't recall.

Ahhh. Never thought of that. Malleting the opening end, seals it I gather.
Toothpicks as well.
Bravo!

Apologies if my pics of food are hard on the eyeballs,
if someone would like to remind me how to upload them directly onto here, I'll happily oblige.
You need to resize the pics till they are smaller than 800 x 800 pixels
and with a file size of smaller then 250K - I think.

Wow, just as fiddly as posting a link lol.
Will give it a go tho.

Tonight we're just having spaghetti Bolognase, , salad and my interesting take on garlic bread.

It's tortillas with garlic and grated cheese, then halved and cooked until crisp in olive oil sprayed frying pan, then I slice into thin pizza wedge shapes and put on a large plate for sharing. Sick of regular garlic bread.
I just use garlic from a jar for this, and honestly, any grated cheese will do.
Go easy with garlic tho, use sparingly, a little goes a long way, just a tiny scraping, no more than a quarter of a teaspoon per tortilla...it melts into the cheese and tortilla anyway due to oil content that comes out of the cheese when it melts.
Hence NO NEED for butter!

Best use a small metal mallet Jasin, it seals it perfectly, no gaps. 😀

You want to keep the contents from oozing out, and this is the best way.
If contents aren't overly oozey, then toothpicks would work well too, but I am a fan of oozey, so....

Aaaw thanks Bobby, and while you were doing this I was doing this to show you guys the size of the malett required.

Will give it a go for next time tho.

I placed mug next to it so you could get good idea of size required.

And that's my daughter’s ipad not mine. Lol

Better pop it on charge for her.

But it's another dance night, so can wait.

Only a small mallet.
It's easy for me to resize and post resized pics as I use a desktop and I have either Photoshop or Paint that I can use.
if you have only a mobile phone it can be a bit tricky.
