Chicken by itself is boring but can be made yummy with Peri-Peri or peanut satay sauce.Jasin wrote: ↑Mon Jun 17, 2024 2:15 pmLove my eggsies. But having worked in the Poultry Industry (even as a Chick Sexer ) - I am so off eating Chicken. So bland and boring. Where I'm currrently staying, there are 6 chickens that roam the Park and I occassionally feed them left-overs (fat off meat). Not once do I consider knocking them on the head for dinner.
Duck and Pheasant taste a bit better.
Had Lyrebird once. Very nice.

I poached some eggsies in the microwave the other day and they came out great.

I have 36 eggs sitting in my fridge awaiting to be consumed (after being boiled for 15 minutes), after I get through my rump steak dinners.

By the way, I am trying to lower my sugar consumption. The fat consumption is not really an issue, since I quit fast food some weeks back.

My body will go into starvation mode. Then my metabolism will slow down after the initial success of getting rid of water weight. Better to just do the low-carbs diet.
