Aussie do try and source a Toyota Corolla as they not only hold their value better ... they are also easier to drive and park and cheaper to run.

Also as I stated above try and get something younger than 10 years as the cost of insurance jumps up big time after that. And yes I'm talking both comprehensive or 3rd party.

I recently had the "pleasure" of going through all this for my own daughter.
