Have I got fucking Covid?

I’ve been in bed since 4.00 am this morning.
I don’t know what I’ve got –
it could be a stomach virus or it could be Covid.
I still have a sore back.
I can’t eat but I can sip at water or weak lemon cordial
I have had a temperature only just above normal –
but I broke out in a cold sweat for most of the day –
my toes were cold but my forehead was hot and sweaty.
My blood pressure was too high which is not normal for me.
I kept burping air all the time and I felt like I wanted to vomit –
My head was spinning.
I came close to calling an ambulance many times –
I felt like I was dying.

I took 2 Panadeine Forte’s a few hours ago and I got 2 hours of sleep.
I am having a cup of tea and a biscuit – so far so good.
I still feel exhausted.

I did the test just now - I don't have Covid so what was it?

it's easy to get false readings on those so multiple tests are recommended. Do another tomorrow and see if it's the same result

head spinning, off balance, couldn't think straight, dry mouth, sore throat, croaky voice,
toes and fingers freezing cold, forehead and chest hot and sweating,
nose running, tiredness, exhaustion.
