Maybe next time Monk can get all his ducks in a line first before wasting everyone's time?

This is twice he's done this.
All he needed to do was to get promises by PM from say 6 to 7 people to vote for him -
then he could have gone ahead with his petition.
No - he is just a troublemaker wanting to be the center of attention.
He already has his own moribund forum and he thinks that entitles him to
say that he would make this forum different to his own - that he is somehow better.
He has no record to stand on.

It's time for Aussie to have the rule written down for a 3 month grace period
before any new challenge can be made.

Bobby I think it should be 6 months as that represents half a term AND enough time for ANY EL to have a fair go.
