Yeah that is possible as I think there is talk of some challenge coming within the Liberal party to Morriscum and Perrottets filling all the vacant nominations for the election in one batch a couple of days ago with no party member involvement. Behaving like dictators.

Also A court case about whether the federal executive of the Libs can take control off the rank-and-file members is still tracking through the NSW Court of Appeal.
The action questions the validity of the committee's decision last weekend to select Trent Zimmerman for North Sydney, Alex Hawke for Mitchell and Sussan Ley for Farrer.

I thought it would be today, but that Court action might be what is holding him back. They expected it would have been over on Friday.

He'll wait until the weekend. In the meantime he'll try to create as many positions paying $250 000k+ per annum, in which to put his supporters as possible, before they get the boot. Since the libs first came to office they have placed over 85 liberal mp's and staffers in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal. In labors time when they were in office, they appointed 2 labor mp's.

Trying to stack the tribunal so that any cases are found in their favor before they get the boot. I hope labor sacks them ALL
