It has finally started with the new Hitler of the world Putin in Russia attacking Unkraine.

Here are we with no Nuclear weapons, Crappy old submarines and not much else.

We are doomed!!

All the military things we are buying will be most likely obsolete by the next war:
jet fighters, submarines, tanks, war ships.
The war in Ukraine has shown the world how missiles can destroy tanks.
A Javelin missile can destroy a tank from more than 2km away -
there is no defence against them.
Why would we be buying tanks?
We should be buying missiles or making our own missiles.
When I look at the Yanks with their aircraft carriers -
all I see is a great big juicy target for hypersonic missiles.
The same thing happened to battleships in WW2 -
they were easy targets for aeroplanes.
That was the end of battleships - they no longer make them.

Notice that even though the Yanks used Tomahawk cruise missiles
in the 1991 Gulf war - which was 31 years ago -
they didn't provide such missiles to Ukraine?
Those missiles were used to take out high value targets such as missile defence systems
and deep underground bunkers etc.

Therefore the Yanks want Ukraine to fight this war with one hand tied behind their back.
They are not willing to give even 31 year old technology to the Ukrainians to
defend their women and children.
How unfair is that?

At the same time Russia is using similar cruise missiles on the Ukrainians.

The Yanks also refused to give even 1% of their tanks and jet fighters to Ukraine.
Joe Biden doesn't care about all the women and children being murdered

I think Ukraine needs something they can lob into Russia.

That will only invite WMD's from Russia. Ukraine cannot win a war against Russia and they certainly cannot win if they invade Russia. Zelenksi knows this, he's no fool. His only hope is that Russia still wants to control Ukraine rather than destroy it. As long as that remains the case, Putin will most likely not pull out the big guns (nuclear, chemical or biological). If that remains the case and Russia suffers too many losses to make this worthwhile, Putin may decide it's not worth it anymore and tactfully retreat (whilst declaring he won to save face).
