The Govt. will have a back door to all proxies.

Maybe....but it is better than not having a proxy. Too late for me...I have always used a static IP. But, new Members who sensibly do use a proxy are being disadvantaged by a tyrant. Well, he is trying to have them disadvantaged. freediver probably has a different view. He is not a fan of anyone who tries to become a Dictator for Life using 'Rules' which are ultra vires of the Constitution.
