it's a custom here that the old ELs remain in case the real EL is away sick -
or just away when urgently needed - or abandons their post.

That means that the reserve ELs can only act in those cases.
It's a good idea to ensure the integrity and safety of the forum.

mothra had “retired“ as Admin but in the migration to XenForo she was reactivated as Admin. She does not perform Admin or Mod functions. I appointed Seth and JohnSmith as Mods.

We have more active members than here so the ratio is way less. If you remove mothra from the count the ratio is much better in my fine forum than here.
