Why no porn?

The reason given is both lame and bullshit. Not the place for it? It's a politics forum, and yet I can post material on marine biology, Ren & Stimpy, darts, farts, Chopin....................in fact anything.

Except porn.

Not the place? Bullshit. That's not the reason.

The reason is fear of the shrill yapping of religious morons who think that feigning outrage about tockley will big them up. Yes, christfags, FEIGNING. We know you like cock.

How about we just explain to the idiots that their views will be disregarded on account of them being idiots?

There are no rules at the moment so post what you want as Boxy is too concerned about his own skin to worry about anything else

There's a lot of anger on this board, is that why it's so slow here?

I expect the ultimate reason is financial. This forum is not going to get flooded with marine biology, unless someone gets creative with dugong reproduction. But it would get flooded with porn if you allowed it. These days there is about 1 porn spam for every legit post. Most are unapproved guest posts, but some are going to the trouble of getting accounts. If porn was allowed, you would have to click through a few pages of single post threads to find a discussion.

Actually, as this is a phpbb3 forum, spambots can be easily kept out and should be, very offputting for a new comer to see spambots registering all the time. None can register at PA, my board. It is simple enough to do, just takes an Admin that gives a shit.
