The Bondi cluster is NSW's biggest COVID cluster so far. Here's how it compares to the other outbreaks

Bondi is now the state's largest cluster of the COVID pandemic, driven by the highly contagious Delta variant.

The Bondi cluster is now linked to 160 cases, surpassing the Northern Beaches cluster, which peaked at 151 cases.

But it's not all bad news and may take a similar amount of time to control as the northern beaches cluster, according to an epidemiologist, with high testing rates and the lockdown helping to contain the spread.

He might:
NSW records 1,116 local COVID-19 cases,
four more deaths

Victoria records 120 COVID cases and two deaths.
Dan keeps us in lockdown.

The limo driver reckons he picked it up in another suburb, and funny how it never took hold here.

Should have seen the beach this arvo, packed, no masks, no cops. They don't care, no covid here.
Look where all the cases are :)

Yeah, people pay 6m for an un-reno semi because there's turds in the water. Make sense?
I went for a SUP today, no wind, I could see the bottom in about 10m of water.

I went to the beach early, had a stand up paddle, then back in the arvo for a walk/run then a dip.
Crystal clear.

So that's the proof then - no more Bondi cigars now.
