I've been hearing that normal approval takes 2-3 years because they study the long term effects of the vaccine and that takes actual time. I don't have a source, but I've been hearing 2023 as a potential approval date. That being said, I wouldn't put it past the current administration to put pressure on the FDA to "hurry up" the approval process. If they "pencil whip" the approval, they will be sidestepping the law. That would pass the buck away from Biden's handlers and onto the FDA bosses who yield to the pressure to hurry the approval. An acceptable loss for a politician.

https://www.zerohedge.com/covid-19/pent ... d-vaccine-
"Legal pushback against a Pentagon-ordered services wide mandate could hinge on whether FDA approval finally comes ahead of the Sept. 15 requirement. If FDA full approval isn't there by then, it will no doubt trigger legal controversy akin to the anthrax vaccine mandate for select personnel (usually infantry and forward operating forces) in the 1990's.

"Up until the point the vaccine is … FDA-approved, military members can’t be mandated to take the vaccine, unless the president of the United States would waive that requirement," he [attorney and military law specialist Greg Rinckey] said. "It’s very similar to what we kind of saw with the anthrax vaccine back in the ‘90s."

The President can't waive federal law. He's not a dictator and it would be unconstitutional. Of course, one look at our Southern border will tell you that Biden wipes out his diaper with our Constitution.

I reckon Biden can do it.
The law is different in the military.
You follow orders.
A president cannot overrule existing law that was already passed by Congress and signed into law by a president. Period. The law says that military members cannot be forced to take experimental vaccines. Look up what they did to the Tuskegee Airmen under the guise of "health care". We made laws to prevent that from happening again and Biden, Trump, or anybody else cannot legally overrule an existing US law. I'm not just making this up. I served in the military and my son is active duty right now.

Let's see what happens.
I think it will be compulsory.

That doesn't mean it should be compulsory. Who is held responsible if the vaccine causes infertility or a rash of strokes, heart attacks, or blood clots down the road? What is the mantra of the left? My body, my choice.

I'd rather be free to make my own health choices than be a compensated victim. I'd rather my son have a choice than for me to have to subsidize his welfare through taxes because the government made him unable to support his family. My son is about to be forced to take the shot. It's personal to me.

So it's true - people in the military are being forced to take the vax?

I had 1 dose so far of AstraZeneca - a more traditional old style vaccine -
I felt safer with that than experimental mRNA vaccines.
We don't know their long term effects.

I don't KNOW that it's true, but I'm hearing it in the news as a strong possibility.
