This will be a test case...the lawyers are laughing all the way to the bank...
450 on site workers have to be jabbed by November...
Are they all casuals...
If they are permanent, then they all have current employment
contracts...they cant just rip them up...and substitute an unsigned
contract with a no jab no job clause...and demand each employee sign....
Which workers will the union support...those wanting the jab..or
those not wanting the jab...
