Qld has shut their borders...the blockades are going up again in Coolangatta....
I stated a while back that Australia would tap out about 10-12 million
jabs...
12 million is about 60% of over 16s...
That wont be enough to open anything up...
15 million or more is pie in the sky....
It will take til Xmas to get to 15-18 million....
That is too long...
The nation will be totally fucked before then...
Scumo and the premiers will have to bite the bullet and open up before then...
And the herd immunity figure will be a damn side lower than they want it to be....

Even if we have the 1 million jabs per week the
job still won't be done before 2022.
that's because - say you are going to jab 20 million people
that would take 40 million jabs or 40 weeks.
We have how many people already jabbed?

We need to be jabbing 5 million people per week -
that we would have the job done in 2 months.
We have neither the vaccine nor the infrastructure to do it.
We also have vaccine hesitancy.

I dont think we are destined for death....

Whilst we have the current bunch of politicians running the country, we
are destined to suffer from a draconian, totalitarian rule....
I fear for the future of this country which I feel will be acutely divided
between states and each state will have two classes....jabbed and unjabbed....
I dont really think that our politicians understand what a jab passport for example
will create....
This will create extreme social unrest between the jabbed and the unjabbed...
Gladys once said a while back that the unjabbed would not be permitted to enter
government buildings...
An example of this stupidity was my question at the time as to how juries would
exist...jabbed or unjabbed...what about people arrested or interviewed for crimes...
Will people be breath tested in a police station if they are not jabbed...
They cant enter a government building...therefore they cant be arrested or
breath tested....and so on...hospitals...government departments...the list is endless...
This doesnt even consider the mess that businesses will be in...no entry
if youre not jabbed....what about jobs...no jab..no job....
What about a jab passport to get on a train into Central...or St Kilda...where ever...
It will be a f... mess....

NSW recorded 136 new COVID-19 cases in the 24 hours to 8:00pm yesterday.

It’s the highest number of daily new infections in the state since this Delta outbreak began last month.

Premier Gladys Berejiklian said the situation in NSW, particularly in the south-west and western suburbs, was now regarded as a "national emergency" and called on the federal government to refocus the national vaccination strategy.

The NSW government is also expanding its ban on people leaving local government areas for work to Cumberland and Blacktown.

Previously, it had applied to people in Fairfield, Canterbury-Bankstown and Liverpool.
