For the moment. What will push to to a decision one way or the other?

I have been sitting on the fence, no jab. But, I have made my decision. I'll get the AZ this week. No downside of any real consequence.

Happy to discuss mine.

(a) Not take the jab. Outcome....when Gov does what UK is doing and opens up, as is inevitable, I'll get the nasty and look at ICU/death.

So now we have Chant suggesting that vaccinating kids is the key to controlling the Delta variant.
However the TGA has only provisionally approved the use of Pfizer for patients 16 years
and older and has not approved the AZ for children.
What does ATAGI have to say about this...
What about the AHPPC...
Apparently there are plans for clinical trials for the jab to be administered
to children.
Does Chants plan to vaccinate children simply overrule everyone....
Is this just more policy on the run by our "experts"

The good doctor is questioning the covid surge in jabbed countries..

Why? Stands to reason that once the population has been vaccinated they wouldn't pay to much attention to other preventive measures such as social distancing and masks ... of course the virus is going to surge if its allowed to...

vaccines are generally never about stopping the virus..... they're about limiting the effects of the virus.

I think the learned Doctor would know just a little more about the topic

It just gets worse doesnt it....
Apparently they are trialling rapid antigen testing in Sydney...
The hope is that the rapid antigen testing will protect frontline workers
and allow certain workforces to continue their roles amid restrictions
and prevent prolonged lockdowns....
The problem is that the rapid antigen tests are less accurate and
false positives as well as false negatives increase...
However as results are available in ten minutes, the tests could be
used at ticketed sporting events before spectators entered the ground.
Well..so they tell us....
Therefore, if we are double jabbed and want to go to a footy match,
and we are in possession of a jab passport....
I can only assume we would be subjected to an antigen test before
entering the ground....????

I don't understand why you are so keen on arguing that what Government is doing is part of some latent grand plan to do anything other than....addressing this nasty and its impact on us. I see no reason to attempt, as you are, to coat nothing as simple as that in some sort of bad ass deep cover covert Government conspiracy to drive us to some desperate political subjugation.

If you reviewed your own Posts, you would see how very obviously I had solid cause to post what I did. I am not looking for a gunfight with you. I am looking to understand what is behind your obvious and very keen interest in the nasty and suggestions of some sort of evil Government intent. I am a lefty, so there is no political aspect to my comment. I want Morrison gone as much as most of Australia seems to want him gone.

My interest stems from a deep seated and total lack of trust in government and
the media...
We have incompetent governments and a lying media..
Its probably as simple as that...
