She is her own worst enemy...
People have been constantly complaining about her mixed messages....
The bottom line is she babbles....and babbles..and babbles...
She goes on and on and on and the message is either lost or confused
due to her constant babbling....

Esssential workers in Fairfield have to get tested every 3 days...
In other Sydney (I presume Central Coast, Blue Mountains and Wollongong) regions
its every 7 days...
And essential workers have to carry with them proof of the testing...
Theyre already testing 40,000 a day...not good enough...

and that this has to be decided between employer and employee..
This means that no police officer in Sydney/NSW has the legal right to
disbelieve what he is told by a punter in this regard.
He/she cannot say..."Well I dont believe that you are an essential worker"
The relationship between employer and employee is established by
employer and employee and even though that relationship may not appear
on the surface to be bona fide, the police have to accept it...
Therefore punters can drive around willy nilly and simply arrange with
their employers that, if they are questioned, their staff are "essential workers"
Its a claytons lockdown....

Firstly she refuses to define what an essential worker is....
Then she without notice on wednesday demands everyone in three LGA's to get a test
every 3 days if they are going to work...
That extends to every 7 days if you are in another LGA...
Then she changes that to point out that the first test wouldnt be necessary
until friday...
Then she says that people in these 3 LGAs can only go to work if they
are emergency workers, or health care workers...
Now she is saying that you need the 3 day test if you are an authorised worker...
This is a phrase we havent heard before...
Apparently an authorised worker is someone from retail who works
within a "field" of enterprises...(listed on their website)
OR
Anyone who conducts a click and collect service...(listed..etc..)
OR
Anyone who works in public administration and safety (listed on their website)
OR
Anyone who works in
Defence, national security and law enforcement
the administration of justice, including in relation to the operation of courts and tribunals, correctional centres and community corrections
the NSW government for the purposes of responding to the COVID-19 pandemic
OR...
Fuck this...the list is endless....
You could simply say, anyone who lives in these 3 LGAs has to get
a test every 3 days....if they work outside the area...
What a fuck up...no wonder the plebs are revolting...
