I had my first Pz. Day after, fine. Next day, felt like Id been dirt bike riding without a kidney belt. Day 3, fine.

I think, schedule nothing important for 2 days after it.
If you are well and good after it, great. Go and do the lawns and go shopping
If it all goes a bit ugly on day 2, at least that big social meeting you went to is NOT on that day. It was LAST week.

If you are working, get a vaccination on monday/tuesday.
