Bobby is trying to backdoor what FD said and his 'Rule" is exactly what Redneck put up as an Amendment.

Yesterday's news. FD has given Bobby the keys and he will let him get on with it, unless there is a software problem or whatever that needs attending to. Rambling on, ad infinitum is not doing you any favours. Go and mow the lawn or something.

It was only about a fortnight ago. FD canned it.

I think it's a bad idea. It defeats the purpose of petitions as a way of getting around a bad moderator. All they have to do is rotate the bans on people who do not like them.

You are ignoring the comments of FD. This rule allows you to rotate banning on people you don't like, and under you Rule, they cannot vote for three months after the ban expires. All the EL has to do is keep bannings going consecutively. The Rule is totally and clearly unconstitutional. If you doubt me, ask FD.

It matters not what your motive might be....the 'Rule' remains completely unconstitutional. What you are saying is the same as buying a gun and protesting that you should be allowed to keep it unlawfully, promising never to shoot anyone.

Yet, despite what he said, you have moved in such a way as proves FD totally correct...you are vindicating his comment.......trying to introduce a Rule which entrenches you as EL for as long as you wish. It is not only a 'get fucked freediver' slap in the face by you, it is not a good sign of your own confidence of being able to get the Members behind you. It has Idi Amin etched all over it.

I will never get off your case and the closest you will ever get to that is by making a full apology not only to me but to everyone* whose lives you have impacted because of your doxxing. That* includes the Members of at least three Forums.
