There is not doubt in my mind that a VICS must be implemented
in Australia...

I don't think you can have a point of view unless you know -
how much it would cost?
If the insurance was only $10 if you got a jab -
I'd pay that gladly out of my own pocket.

The fact that no insurance is offered which annoys me.
It's one of those "don't mention the war - I mean insurance" situations.
