Maybe follow Twitter or the news. I saw the empty vax site here and says it was posted an hour ago ...

I don't know what time they close but most people like to be home by dinner time. Unless you can get a doctor or medical centre to do it it's probably all in the timing.

Thanks - I might try tomorrow - just turn up at about 3.00pm.
There is one large center very close by.
I'd try that and rug up very well. Most people don't like standing around in the cold either. Get some heat packs for your hands and feet from Chemist Warehouse. They're cheap.

I have a good jacket but I won't be standing around in the cold wind.
Melbourne is freezing right now.
An Antarctic blast is setting in.
I would just leave if that were the case.
There's always another day.

You'll get lucky if you keep trying. Call the medical centres close by who give the jab and book an appointment as well. You can always cancel if you get it beforehand.

Only one new case today? I read the restrictions were going to be eased. Until the next time? Lol

I am booked in for my second astrazeneca shot on Sunday.

No side effects last time.

4 new cases (from the same home) on the eve of lifted restrictions? A bit coincidental isn't it?

I dunno,
we still can't visit friends and even if we are 1km
away from anyone else we must wear a mask outside.

No-one wears a mask here even with the escapees from Victoria running around rampant. Well not in my area anyway.
