Mandatory Vaccine for Aged Care Workers

The Covid-19 jab could become mandatory for aged care workers after the federal and state governments agreed to the measure.

Demands for mandatory vaccines have risen in recent days after Victoria’s Covid-19 outbreak passed between staff and residents at Melbourne’s Arcare facility.

Speaking after a national cabinet meeting on Friday, Prime Minister Scott Morrison revealed the nation’s leaders had paved the way for the measure.

“I was very firmly of the view, and supported strongly by states and territories, that we need to look at how we can do this safely,” Mr Morrison said.

Mr Morrison said the Australian Health Protection Principal Committee (AHPPC) had been tasked with advising how the measure could be implemented and expected a “prompt” report.

“What we have asked the AHPPC to do is advise us of a suitable time frame in which a mandatory vaccination of aged care workers would be suitable and safe from a medical perspective, taking into account the balance in risks,” Mr Morrison said.

It seems as though Scumo has another conundrum on his hands...
If the jab eventually becomes mandatory for health care workers, how many will
leave due to being non vaxxers....
I dont think Scumo would really give a stuff......
All he has to do is float the thought bubble and if the plebs appear to be in favour
this would mean more votes for Scumo....and perhaps an election win.....
Meanwhile, Scumo will prepare for his next overseas junket when he will no doubt
arrogantly tell the world that he is the Messiah....whilst he dines lavishly on the lobster....
As he once said...."we'll make it as mandatory as possible...."

Dont you guys think its the classic case of putting the cart before the horse....
Mandating the jab for health workers before even considering the fact that
Australia hasnt got a VICS system in place.....
In other words....compel people to get the jab....but if you do and you
suffer serious side effects...you get diddly squat...
AND if you refuse the jab...you lose your job....

Of course, no-one in AHPPC has made any reference whtsoever to a VICS system...
Nor has anyone from ATAGI, nor has a CMO from any state, nor has a Premier from
any state.....
I suppose when someone wakes up.....they will start jibbering about it...

Why arent we (including politicians) all talking about this.....
Everyone is jibbering about getting the jab...getting tested...seeking monetary compensation
for lockdowns....rewards for getting the jab....blood clots...efficay of jabs....
Yet no-one is interested in discussing a VICS system...
A VICS system in Australia would cover all injuries sustained from all vaccines/jabs...
not just the conjob19 jab.....
As per usual...Australia drags the chain whilst the rest of the world "wins the race".....
Even NZ has a VICS system...

Most first world countries do. It would go a long way towards encouraging people to get the jab. The NCIRS (National Centre for Immunisation and Research) has been pushing for a VICS system as has the RACGP (Royal Australian College of General Practitioners)

Why should it be up to the people.....
Shouldnt this be in place already.....
Shouldnt the government be announcing that this will be introduced prior to any discussion
on mandatory jabbing for any sector of the community.....
Scumo is asleep at the wheel, as per usual.....
Shouldnt our "health experts" be fully aware that this is a given...an absolute necessity...
