Well, let's face it IQ, Krudd was seriously stupid to make radical decisions about the mining industry without consultation. It's just not done. Policy decisions are made in consultation with the industries affected. Both start with extreme points of view and negotiate until a tolerable compromise is met.

What was Krudd thinking when he decided to break with tradition and announce a radical idea without consultation.

Umm... Swan and Gillard were also part of that decision making process.

We don't know what conversations took place within the kitchen cabinet. Did they appose? Did they approve? Hard to say. All we know for sure, is that it is a requirement of strong govt to be seen to be united... even in a power spill.

If they can't speak their minds and compromise with their 'own', within cabinet how on earth are they expected to do with real humans?

Again, we just don't know what went on in Krudd's kitchen cabinet. What we do know is that Krudd was a wannabe autocrat with his nose in every pie dictating the business of the day. Ever worked under an autocrat IQ, but still within a leadership position?

What we also know is the Gillard is not showing autocratic tendencies, but rather seeking compromise and agreement... a softer style and a more successful style.

Obviously the left is full of sycophants, from their supporters to their cabinet and only bad polls will cause them to act, that much is proven.
