I like the area to be very dark when go to sleep.

Yes, a sleep mask, Ive found, is quite ideal.
Ive also found that silence is necessary for a good nights sleep.
Earplugs can be helpful....
Another hint is not to look at your bedside clock or your watch if you wake up through
the night...you may take an hour to get back to sleep...or longer...
Besides, if its still dark, why do need to know the time.....

I work a lot of nights. I painted my bedroom walls gray and have dark curtains so I can sleep. I sleep with a box fan because the white noise drowns out disturbances. No fan in this cold though.

Good thoughts guys

Sometimes I wake up at a strange hour. Like now - 3.30.
I might chat for a while, then l lie on the sitting room floor, lights out and meditate for a wee while.
Then I can go to bed and sleep well and quickly.
Right Wing is the Natural Progression.
