We've been though this before. In Australia, we use Celsius. This is an Australian forum. When on an American Forum I would convert temp to Fahrenheit. It is a sign of good manners and cultural respect... Something that Texan understands.

Same here and I agree. I still use feet and inches for certain things too.

I can relate to Fahrenheit as egg incubation is 99 faren which is around 37 cel
