I am unaware of the number of Australians overseas wanting to return to Australia who
have duel citizenship as a percentage of the total...
I was attempting to make a comparison of the various states and how each state
seems to continually rely on its "expert" advice...as each state has for twelve months
been contradictory and hypocritical with their confused methodology in handling restrictions.
I was more interested in when and if Andrews commences another lockdown...
The returning from overseas travellers/visitors etc reference was merely obiter....
