I really don't care what they do, to who and how.

As long as they keep it to themselves.

But I fail to see how a person's twisted sexual appetite has any bearing on the function of a business, the quality of its work or the design of its products.

But then......I'm just a normal, hetrosexual, taxpaying, married, white, male.

So I'm not allowed to have an opinion in any way.

SYDNEY Lord Mayor Clover Moore has been accused of crafting a “make-work scheme” for architects with a raft of costly conditions set to be forced on developers — including demands that future CBD high-rise designs employ at least six architectural firms with specific gender ratios.
The changes mean Sydney skyline landmarks such as the Crown casino and the Sydney Tower Eye could soon be joined by other 300m-plus icons — but developers will first have to jump through a series of design “hoops” slammed as “bonkers”.
The new conditions — including a 40 per cent male, 40 per cent female, and 20 per cent ‘‘any gender’’ split for any architecture firm used in highrise designs — were slammed by City of Sydney Councillor Christine Forster.
“It’s yet another piece of red tape and another loop people have to jump through,” she told The Daily Telegraph.
“Why would you exclude anyone from the design process due to their gender mix? It’s just bonkers,” she said.
The changes, passed at a December meeting of the City of Sydney, are part of the biggest shake-up of planning rules for the city in 40 years and will guide CBD development for the next two decades.
Urban Taskforce CEO Tom Forrest said members of the industry body group had voiced concerns over fulfilling the “complex” criteria required to build in the designated cluster areas — including the payment of $150,000 to each architectural firm engaged to work on tower projects.
“The positive side is they’re trying to give experience to smaller firms (and) architects from disadvantaged backgrounds, so it’s a positive objective they’re trying to pursue,” Mr Forrest said.
However, the move was practically “a make-work scheme for the architecture community by the City of Sydney” where “everyone gets a prize”.
A spokesman for the City of Sydney said the competitive design policy, which previously stipulated a minimum of three architectural firms be used, had “successfully facilitated 105 competitive design processes delivering architectural excellence on sites such as 200 George Street” since 2012.

Gender parity rule slammed
PREMIER Gladys Berejiklian has declared the state needs “less red tape” not more restrictions, in response to complex conditions set to be imposed on developers and architecture firms by the City of Sydney.
“I think this is a time where we need less red tape, not more red tape,” the Premier said on Tuesday.
“I wouldn’t want to see any more red tape which actually takes longer for projects to come to fruition — quite the opposite.”
The comments come after the City of Sydney opened the door for more 300m-plus tall developments in the CBD in the next two decades.
However, those wanting to build will have to navigate a labyrinth of new conditions, including hiring at least six architectural firms to design towers, with workforces fulfilling a 40 per cent male, 40 per cent female and 20 per cent ‘any gender’ ratio.
Developers would also have to pay each firm a minimum of $150,000.
Planning Minister Rob Stokes told the Telegraph the planned conditions are more likely to “increase cost” than to “increase diversity”.
“I don’t see how it’s workable — for starters it seems to me to discriminate against small firms,” Mr Stokes said.

I can ignore the plethora of ridiculious gender identification terms, because "I'm old"

The world is gradually being taken over by noisy, mentally deranged minority groups,
But there is one positive in all this stupidity.
All the minority groups are polar opposite to each other in so many ways, that there is virtually no chance of them getting together and doing anything coordinated enough to do serious lasting damage.

But life will be merry hell for normal people who will have to navigate the new world of WOKE, CANCEL CULTURE ISLAMIC MORONS.
