Hi Everyone,

Non existent customer service.

I couldn’t get into my internet banking with ANZ after 3 attempts this morning.
I tried phoning 2 of their numbers but I needed a special
number that I don’t have and have never heard of - to continue.
Couldn’t get through.
There was no human to talk to.
I phoned my branch and got put onto an answering machine.
I finally used another browser and I got through to do my banking.
That was 40 minutes later.

They are closing branches and reducing trading hours everywhere....
They have their holes in the wall to withdraw cash....and thats about the
extent of the service they provide...
In two years, with digital currency, negative interest rates and crypto taking over,
the banking industry will be well and truly fucked.......

There are many financial experts touting their wares on television...
I laugh at them....
Why, if they are so good with their investment advice, are they still working....
Why do they still have a job...
Shouldnt they be out on a yacht somewhere, sipping martinis, surrounded by eye candy....

Some crypto "brokers" charge 3% turnover to trade...
Others are less than 1%
The millennials of today wont cop putting their money in banks for a year
to get crumbs...they want everything NOW.....
They will flock to crypto.....
Nor will they "invest" in the stock market to scrape out 5-10% profit for the year.
With Banks about to go into negative interest territory, they have nothing going
for them....except cheap home loans....
AND even then, they are rooted because Freakenberg told them last
year to relax their lending criteria....immediately after they were
shitcanned for doing just that.....
Superannuation as we once knew it will also be stuffed...
Thats why the grubberment is floating the idea of a pay rise instead of the CSL
going up.....reason being with any ponzi scheme, when everyone withdraws
