Victoria has recorded a further three locally acquired COVID-19 cases just days after the state celebrated a two-month streak of no community transmission.

Acting Premier Jacinta Allan confirmed all three cases had been linked to the Black Rock cluster which now numbers 21, of which 13 directly attended the Buffalo Smile Thai restaurant.

“I think Victorians can take great comfort from today’s numbers,” she said.

“Strong work has been done by our tracing team, talking to and interviewing the primary and secondary contacts of all our cases.”



More than 22,400 tests were received in the same 24 hour reporting period, taking the state’s active cases to 32.

Testing centres across the state have been working longer hours to meet demand from travellers returning from NSW who require mandatory testing, those identified as close contacts and those who have been in exposure sites.

the East of Melbourne has Covid-19 - he is a quarantine worker.

They need decent security. It's the pathetic ethnic (sorry woke ones but that's it in a nutshell) untrained security that has been responsible for a major part of the spread.

Im confused....
Western Australia locks down for 1 case...obviously based on "expert medical and scientific" advice.
Victoria has 1 case..or more...depending on who you believe....
AND Boofhead Andrews comes out and says that the Australian Tennis Open, commencing
in four days....will go ahead....
WHY no lockdown....
Obviously a lockdown would not suit his agenda....
BUT what is the "expert scientific and medical" advice he is receiving....
HOW is Western Australias "expert scientific medical advice" different from Victorias....
Its all a sham....
40,000 Australians stranded overseas...tennis players, cricketers, elites and singers and actresses/models...

The hypocrisy and the double standards and the lying about expert scientific/medical advice

From what I read the other day most of the stranded Aussies overseas are those with dual citizenship (mainly UK and Lebanon) who mostly live and work overseas and then want the government to bring them home pronto only when there's a drama. I have no sympathy for them now.
