I have been doing Yoga more often recently.
It has been very good for me.
The Council run a local program, costs $5 per session and I like the yoga teacher.
She emphasises the 'be gentle to yourself', 'do what is good for your body' mindset that I have always thought Yoga is.

$5 per session? WOW! You'd never find that in Sydney. I should do more yoga. I found some on YouTube that I have saved but keep thinking tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow.
