Re: US Election
A Michigan state court rejects another Trump request
This time it was to block the certification of votes and appoint an independent auditor in Detroit, which went heavily in favour of president-elect Joe Biden, Donald Trump's Democratic challenger.
The ruling is a setback for Mr Trump and Republicans who have been trying to overturn Mr Biden's victory in the November 3 election by preventing officials from certifying election results.
"It would be an unprecedented exercise of judicial activism for this Court to stop the certification process of the Wayne County Board of Canvassers," wrote Timothy Kenny, chief judge of the Third Judicial Circuit Court of Michigan, referring to the county that includes Detroit.
The lawsuit alleged fraud and voting irregularities, which Wayne County has denied.
The judge rejected those allegations, writing: "Plaintiffs' interpretation of events is incorrect and not credible."

US government: 'The most secure election in American history'
That's a quote from the the US Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, which operates under the Department of Homeland Security.
The agency has just issued a statement re-affirming that there was no widespread fraud that compromised the results of this US election. I'll post the whole quote below for you. And notably...the bolding is their own:
"When states have close elections, many will recount ballots. All of the states with close results in the 2020 presidential race have paper records of each vote, allowing the ability to go back and count each ballot if necessary. This is an added benefit for security and resilience. This process allows for the identification and correction of any mistakes or errors. There is no evidence that any voting system deleted or lost votes, changed votes, or was in any way compromised."
The statement finishes with:
"While we know there are many unfounded claims and opportunities for misinformation about the process of our elections, we can assure you we have the utmost confidence in the security and integrity of our elections, and you should too. When you have questions, turn to elections officials as trusted voices as they administer elections."
They are saying the election was not hacked. It does not mean that voter fraud did not happen by way of paper ballots being sent out by the millions to every 'registered' voter and considering the pathetic condition of those rolls.

Obama left Trump with an emboldened:
China,
North Korea,
Iran &
Russia.
They were all taking the USA for a ride.
China was responsible for "the greatest theft in human history".
Trump was sorting it all out when Covid-19 came along and stuffed it up.

Georgia’s hand audit of ballots cast in the presidential election is proceeding rapidly with little change in the results so far, according to lawyers working for President-elect Joe Biden’s campaign.
Some 48 of the state’s 159 counties have finished their examination of the ballots with either no change or minor shifts -- differences of fewer than five votes in some instances, they said. Four counties that have finished their retallies reported having no changes.
